The short version

This app has no account, no sign-up, and no server of its own. Your fasting history, weight log and profile stay on this device in local storage. Nothing is uploaded to us, sold, or shared with data brokers.

What's stored on your device

Your sex, birth year, height, weight entries, fasting protocol and session history, and app preferences (units, reminder times, and similar settings). All of it lives in local app storage on your phone. Uninstalling the app deletes it. There is no cloud backup - the Export option in Settings is the only way to keep a copy if you switch phones.

Health data

If you turn on Health sync in Settings, the app reads and writes your weight through Apple Health or Health Connect. That exchange happens directly between this app and the Health app on your phone - it does not pass through any server we operate, and we never see it. You can revoke this access at any time from your phone's Health settings.

Advertising

The free version of this app shows banner ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use an advertising identifier and other technical data (such as approximate location or device type) to show and measure ads, under Google's own privacy policy. You can remove ads entirely with a one-time in-app purchase from Settings.

In-app purchases

The one-time "Remove Ads" purchase is processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your payment details - the store handles billing and simply tells the app whether the purchase went through.

What we don't do

We don't require an account. We don't run our own analytics or crash-reporting servers. We don't sell your data, because we don't have it to sell - it never leaves your device except through the Health sync and advertising described above.

Children

This app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from them. The onboarding questionnaire flags under-18 users only to adjust the in-app guidance shown to them - that answer, like everything else, stays on-device.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the update will ship in a new app version with a revised "last updated" date above.
